Give your agent a place to do the work
Your model can generate a script or choose a tool. To complete the task, it needs an environment where that action can run. E2B supplies an isolated cloud sandbox with a shell, filesystem, network access & an optional desktop.
Connect your agent to the sandbox, execute the task and return the result to your product. The startup award gives your team a usage budget for that execution layer. Model inference remains a separate expense.

What you can build with the sandbox credits
A coding agent that runs its own tests. Execute generated code, collect test output & feed the result back to the agent before reviewing its changes.
An assistant that analyses customer files. Process an uploaded dataset in an isolated environment and return calculations, charts or transformed files to the user.
An agent that works through a desktop. Test computer-use tasks in E2B’s optional desktop environment, with your application controlling permitted actions & credentials.
Start with representative customer tasks. Their runtime and memory use will help you estimate how far the credit award can support your planned usage.
What E2B asks in return
Show the E2B badge in at least 1 place, such as your website, GitHub repository or project page, & share a few positive words about the programme within 7 days of approval. An acceptance post or a short use case is enough.
E2B may also list your company as a member, show your logo & quote what you wrote about your use case, so keep confidential details out of the application.
How to apply for E2B startup credits
- Open this deal in the InnMind app. Sign in or create a free account, then return to the perk.
- Click Access Perk to reach E2B’s programme and application.
- Create a free E2B account if needed. In Console, go to Project, General & copy the Legacy Project ID for the project that should receive the credits.
- Submit your company details & use case from a company email address.
- If accepted, the credits land on that project. Add the badge & post within 7 days.
Good to know before you apply
Free Pro is for new users. If your team has used any tier above Base, the Pro tier is not included. Already on Pro or Enterprise? Email startups@e2b.dev before applying.
Credits are tied to 1 project. They go to the project ID in your application & cannot be transferred.
No reply within 2 to 3 weeks means no. E2B does not answer every application individually.

How do I get E2B startup credits?
Open the E2B perk in InnMind and click Access Perk after signing in to a free account. Apply with your company details, use case & Legacy Project ID. E2B decides which applicants receive the award.
What do the $20,000 in credits pay for?
The credits cover E2B usage for running AI agent tasks in cloud sandboxes. Model inference, additional concurrency & Enterprise plans are outside the award.
Can existing Pro customers receive free Pro?
No. Free Pro is for teams that have only used the Base tier. If you already pay for Pro or Enterprise, email startups@e2b.dev.
When do E2B startup credits expire?
The award expires 1 year after you redeem it & does not renew.
Do I have to post about E2B?
Yes. Within 7 days of approval, share a few positive words about the programme & show the E2B badge in at least 1 place. E2B may also list your company & quote your use-case answers.
Do I need a paid InnMind membership?
