$15,000 is free. It lands in your account on approval, with no spend required, so you can test Devin on a real slice of your backlog before you decide anything.
The other $50,000 is a 1:1 match on money you put in. Each dollar you reload is matched until the grants reach $50,000. Plan around it only if Devin is already earning its place in your budget.
