Tea is one of the best healthy drinks that should be consumed. It is often linked with good health, happiness, and wisdom. There are many diverse types of tea that are available, are very beneficial for health, body, and mind and for the soundness of it.  Tea has been known to fight various kinds of heart ailments, cancer and also diabetes. Tea also helps in reducing weight, lowering cholesterol and it also brings about a kind of alertness in the body and mind. That is why it is said that you must consume tea when studying for exams.
