Tea is one of the best healthy drinks that should be consumed. It is often linked with good health, happiness, and wisdom. There are many diverse types of tea that are available, are very beneficial for health, body, and mind and for the soundness of it.  Tea has been known to fight various kinds of heart ailments, cancer and also diabetes. Tea also helps in reducing weight, lowering cholesterol and it also brings about a kind of alertness in the body and mind. That is why it is said that you must consume tea when studying for exams. It also has anti-microbial qualities also.

Green tea

Pu-erh tea

To make this type of tea, aged and fermented leaves are used. It is also similar to black tea. A study on animals showed that when the animals were given this tea, they gained minor weight and also their LDL cholesterol level was reduced. So, that is why this can also be applied to the human beings and they can also consume this tea.

White tea

There is processing in this tea which is minimal. Plus, there is oxidation which is low which brings a taste which is unique and also freshness. It fights with various kinds of heart diseases, helps in losing weight, and fights skin aging.
